A Family Legacy of Experience

Red Mountain Realty was established by the late, great, Russ Gilmore, a real estate professional with over 40 years of experience. Partnering with his daughter Tiffany Martin, who brought expertise in banking and lending, created a client-focused brokerage. Tiffany’s husband, Robert Martin, later joined with extensive knowledge in housing and construction.

Today, Tiffany and Robert lead the company, carrying forward a legacy of integrity, service, and hands-on support.
